All My Heart offers a variety of coordination packages and services to make your dreams a reality. We specialize in weddings but also create custom events for bridal showers, birthday parties, baby showers, baby's first luaus, corporate events, and fundraising events. Please inquire for customization of packages and pricing.

Day of Coordination

·      One consultation to discuss all elements and give guidance on final planning. Available for general guidance and advice 30 days prior to event date

·      Vendor recommendations and referrals

·      Visit to event venue(s) within 30 days prior to wedding

·      Development of a detailed event timeline and floor plan for contracted vendors within 30 days prior to event

·      Collection and review of all contracts and invoices 30 days prior

·      Follow up telephone calls to all contracted vendors 1 – 2 weeks before event date

·      Wedding Rehearsal Supervision (1.5 hours maximum)

·      On-site coordination with coordinator and 1 assistant, décor setup, and vendor supervision for up to 10 hours on the day of your event.

 

Full Event Coordination

·       Two consultations to discuss all elements and give guidance on initial and final planning. Available for general guidance and advice during the entire planning process up to one year before event date.

·       Vendor recommendations and referrals

·       Visit to venue(s) up to 2 visits

·       Development of a detailed event timeline and floor plan for contracted vendors

·       Collection and review of all contracts and invoices

·       Follow up telephone calls to all contracted vendors 2-3 weeks before event

·       Wedding Rehearsal Coordination

·       On-site coordination with coordinator and 1 assistant, décor setup, and vendor supervision for up to 10 hours on the day of your event

 

Personal Event Consultant

·       Unlimited consultations with you via telephone/email, within reason, to give advice and feedback on planning

·       Assistance in budget determination and breakdown as needed

·       Discussion of theme, color, style and complete event design

·       Custom creation of two vision boards by a professional design company

·       Research of vendor professionals in each category that fit your event style and budget and to provide you with suggestions and guidance in making the final selections

·       Attendance at 2 vendor appointments of your choice

·       Up to 6 hours (approx. 3 meetings) of professional in-person consultation time throughout the planning process

·       Visit to venue(s) up to 2 visits

·       Development of a detailed event timeline and floor plan for contracted vendors

·       Collection and review of all contracts and invoices

·       Follow up telephone calls to all contracted vendors 2-3 weeks before event date
